Old Coach House Cottages   at Hanna Boats

Contained within the Colebreene Farm complex are three Grade B listed cottages, originally built in 1840, that have been expertly restored and modernised to provide outstanding holiday accommodation in the heart of the rural North Coast. Situated just 200 yards from the River Bann, they are ideal for water sports enthuasiasts.

Each cottage can cater for up to 5 - 6 people. Downstairs there is an open plan living room with a colour television, oak kitchen, (fully fitted with a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, electric cookker, fridge and microwave), and oil fired central heating. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with WC and shower.

Outside the cottages is a children's play area, a private patio area with garden furniture and barbecue. There is also private parking for boat owners and access to a private slipway and jetty on the River Bann.

Activities

Sightseeing: Just 20 minutes drive from Coleraine is the world famous Giant's Causeway with its amazing rock formations and spectacular cliff top walks. Nearby is the Old Bushmills Distillery and Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge. Also close at hand is the Leslie Hill Open farm, an attraction that proves popular with young and old alike.

Waterskiing: The award winning Drumaheglis Marina and Ski School is situated one and a half miles down river, offering top class instruction in a wide range of disciplines as well as Banana Boating. All equipment is provided.

Golf: Within a twenty mile radius there are 15 golf courses from links to championship courses such as the Royal Portrush Course.

Fishing: The River Bann and its tributaries provide excellent game and course fishing. Licenses are available frrom Bann Systems. (Book early for Salmon Fishing).

Surfing: Some of the best beaches for surfing and body boarding in Northern Ireland are found along the North Coast, just 15 minutes away by car.

Leasure Centres: Both Ballymoney and Coleraine have excellent Leisure Centres offering squash courts, fitness suites and swimming pools.

Eating Out:There is a wide selection of top quality restaurants within easy travelling distance.

Conditions

1. Prices are based on a Saturday to Saturday basis except by arrangement.
2. A £100 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
3. Occupation is from 4.00pm on the day of hire and guests are required to vacate the cottages by 11.00am on the day of departure.
4. A refundable deposit may be required at time of arrival. This will be returned in full provided the accommodation is left clean and tidy with no damage or breakages.
5. Bed linen is provided but not towels or tea towels.
6. Dogs and pets by request.
